Emmerdale spoilers – Gabby Thomas tries to kiss Billy

EmmerdaleGabby Thomas is likely to cause more drama at Home Farm next week as she appears to be developing feelings for Billy Fletcher.

Gabby is thrilled when Billy steps in to show his support as she continues to struggle after her split from Nicky Miligan.

In next week’s episodes, Nicky’s new relationship with Suni Sharma continues to develop, leading to a kiss at the cafe.

Gabby spots them together and is annoyed to see Nicky go on with her life as she still feels humiliated by her cruel scam. Nicky and Suni feel guilty for making the situation worse.

Later, a drunk Gabby loses control and tries to punch Nicky in the village.

Gabby is wrong again when she accidentally hits Billy instead of Nicky. Billy is irritated at being dragged into this chaos, but he takes Gabby away before things get out of hand.

Shortly after at Home Farm, Billy consoles Gabby after the argument. He is mortified when Gabby gets the wrong impression and tries to kiss him.

After Billy rejects Gabby, there is an awkward atmosphere between them at home, which they do their best to cover up.

Billy later promises Gabby that he won’t tell his wife Dawn about their near-kiss. However, as Gabby’s gaze lingers on Billy a bit too long, it feels like it might not be over.

Gabby’s crush comes just as Billy and Dawn are trying to move forward after learning they are expecting a baby together.

Olivia Bromley, who plays Dawn, recently said: “I think Dawn really needs Billy. He’s an incredible grounded and grounded presence. His influence in Dawn’s life is what turned it around, so as a unit they’re really good.

“But I just think they have a lot of bad luck. They both have a very difficult past and they’re not dealing with it in the best way, because they have a lot of trauma together.”
