Marilyn faces the consequences of her brave attempts to expose the brand’s corrupt approach to commerce.

The Summer Bay favorite was recently alarmed to find she was locked into a tough long-term contract with Stunning Organics, which requires her to sell boxes of beauty products that will be delivered to her every week.

In the upcoming scenes, Marilyn teams up with her friend Kirby Aramoana to post a social media post that exposes corporate abuses of power.

Kirby soon receives a legal threat from Stunning Organics, which warns of consequences if defamatory claims are made.

Kirby, no frills, suggests that this strong reaction proves they scared Stunning Organics. Marilyn is less confident when she receives a similar threat.

Reaching breaking point, Marilyn shows Kirby that she has a large stock of Stunning Organics products that she cannot sell, so she hid them at Irene Roberts while her friend is on vacation.

After failing to give in to Stunning Organics’ demands, Kirby and Marilyn are both worried as they receive legal papers.

Kirby still refuses to back down, suggesting that they should recruit others to join their fight.

The duo create an online forum to contact other potential victims of Stunning Organics. This turns out to be a wise move, as other people with similar experiences start to come forward.

Later in the week, Alf Stewart becomes suspicious of Marilyn’s suspicious behavior. Although he was aware of Marilyn’s issues with the company, he believed they were over after she had previously claimed that everything had been resolved.

Marilyn continues to cover, but her secret is exposed when Stunning Organics delivers another unwanted box.

Alf discovers the unsold cosmetics and forces Marilyn to make it clear that she is now facing a lawsuit as the situation has gotten out of hand.

Marilyn braces for harsh judgment from grumpy Alf, but is touched when he offers his support. Can Marilyn and her friends stay strong in the fight against Stunning Organics?

At home and away airs weekdays at 1:45 p.m. on Channel 5 and 6 p.m. on 5STAR. The first screenings air at 6:30 p.m. on 5STAR and the show also airs on My5.
