One of two Universal Pictures licensed movies hitting Netflix this weekend is Alonga comic action film very close to The Outlaws which dropped on Netflix last week.

The 2006 film Miami Vice, which is an adaptation of the 1980s TV series, unexpectedly released on Netflix yesterday.

Colin Farrell stars as Detective James “Sonny” Crockett (originally played by Don Johnson on the show), and Jamie Foxx plays Detective Ricardo “Rico” Tubbs (played by Philip Michael Thomas on the OG series).

Foxx, as you may know, should appear in They cloned Tyrone hits Netflix on July 21, which means it’s the perfect intro.
